Week 9 Reading Reflection

1) What was the biggest surprise for you in the reading? In other words, what did you read that stood out the most as different from your expectations?
--The biggest surprise for me in the reading was the part where it talked about comparison of major survey research techniques. This stood out the most to me as it was shockingly specific on the way survey research works.
2) Identify at least one part of the reading that was confusing to you.
--One part that was confusing to me in the reading was the part where it explained the consumer characteristics. There were many factors to consider and i just found it very confusing.
3) If you were able to ask two questions to the author, what would you ask? Why?
--How accurate are the consumer characteristics?
--How accurate is the priorities and purchases in the life cycle of an average consumer?
4) Was there anything you think the author was wrong about? Where do you disagree with what she or he said? How?
-- I honestly did not disagree with anything the author said in the reading. This author backs up his writings with much info to prove that it is correct, except for the fact on how accurate the details are regarding consumer's needs.
