My interviewees wished to not be publicized on video for this assignment.
Speaking to potential customers about my Phone Application to buy/sell/trade items with the touch of one button, they all told me what they'd find useful.
What I learned from all my interviews is that customers love an interface that is very simple, especially how everything is nowadays. The less detail you put into the design of the app, the more easy it'll be to use. An outcome that I expect from these interviews is the finalization of my project to have it perfect based on the feedback my interviewees gave me, as well as their personal preferences.
I think this is a good idea. I would most likely use this app, but I would need more information on it. It seems that you did not get much from your interviews, and I think you could have obtained more information on what people might want from this app. Also, you could have asked the people you interviewed if you could have at least recorded them. Some of the people I interviewed did not want to be on camera, but they were fine with my recording their responses. Overall, you could have done a lot more to improve on your idea, and you could of asked better questions to the people you interviewed. The link to my customer interviews no. 3 is below.

No being able to watch or hear your interviews leaves me with very little to be able to comment on. I can say that there is much more to consider for your app and its customers than just the interface. Legally, who is responsible for the transaction to go through? For instance, eBay is ultimately responsible for the transactions which happen on its site, while on Craigslist it is buyer beware. Also, what are offering that apps like OfferUp and Wallapop do not already offer? How are you differentiating yourself from the market? Just a few things to consider.
